Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to understand individual and team service goals.
• Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative and housekeeping duties.
• The Senior Stylist will also understand the individual sales and service goals of the Stylists and help them to achieve their goals by providing help, advice and motivation.
• Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the Store Manager in respect of items per transaction/average £ sale and mix of business.
• Execute events according to Guidelines as directed by Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, Senior Stylist, Sales & Education Executive, Education Executive or Education Ambassador.
• Assist with ensuring adequate stock levels on the shop floor and stock rotation.
• Ensuring that the stock room is kept tidy and highlight any discrepancies or issues to Store Manager.
• Actively participate in cleaning display units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for the next day’s business.
• Show excellent standards of timekeeping and attendance.
• Keep Informed About Products, Company Information And Store Information.
• Monitor team to aid in achievement of all goals and targets.
• Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
