Overview
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will also contribute to in-store events and help ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This role offers a progressive career opportunity within a leader in prestige beauty, with training, development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Create a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience for customers through creative and technical makeup artistry.
- Collaborate with the team to support in-store events and achieve high visual merchandising standards.
- Work within a fast-paced retail environment to meet store goals.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture with diverse ideas and approaches.
Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
