We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager who has proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast‑paced retail environment
- Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients using state‑of‑the‑art technology
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Experience creating and executing in‑store events
- Flexible availability across days and hours (please discuss availability with the hiring manager)
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
