WHO WE ARE

Established in 2016, The Estate Dairy is a family-run B Corp business, dedicated to producing the finest dairy. We are absolutely committed to excellence, ensuring every product is of the highest quality. Our mission at The Estate Dairy is to shine a light on dairy and give it the recognition it deserves.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work day-to-day with the Head of Creative and the Creative Project Lead, partnering closely to bring new products and campaigns to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a strong, ambitious Creative Designer with great taste, sharp brand thinking, and a real passion for modern food, sustainability, and design. You will understand how The Estate Dairy looks in the world, working hands-on across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital, and content. This is a hands-on creative role with brand ownership at its heart. You will make the work yourself and, alongside the Head of Creative and founders, help guide where the brand goes visually as it grows. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We encourage the successful candidate to take ownership of the role, shape it, and bring plenty of creative input.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the visual identity: Maintain and evolve The Estate Dairy's visual identity across every brand touchpoint, ensuring creative consistency as TED expands.
  • Protect the brand: Hold The Estate Dairy's craft, taste, and tone in everything that goes out the door.
  • Art direct shoots: Plan and art direct photoshoots and content production.
  • Capture imagery: Shoot product, lifestyle, social, and behind-the-scenes content directly when needed, holding the visual standard on set and through post.
  • Packaging design: Help with packaging design and artworking across the product range, working closely with technical and operations to balance creative ambition with production reality.
  • Build campaigns and content: Design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social content, including web pages, banner ads, and campaign visuals that are visually strong and commercially effective.
  • Support retail and trade: Design in-store materials, retail displays, and event assets, and support sales and wholesale with strong creative materials for retailer launches and trade moments.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work closely with marketing, NPD, operations, sales, and the founders to translate product and commercial plans into clear, compelling creative outputs.
  • Partner with the Project Lead: Work alongside the Creative Project Lead, who runs project flow and gathers context, so design work is set up to succeed.
  • Raise the bar: Help shape and evolve creative processes alongside the Project Lead, and maintain a high bar for craft and consistency across every output.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A strong designer with a portfolio that shows great taste and strong brand thinking.
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer brand, in-house, or agency design roles.
  • Confident behind a camera, able to shoot product, lifestyle, and content imagery to a publishable standard.
  • Confident across packaging, campaigns, digital, and content.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong understanding of visual culture and a sharp eye for modern food content.
  • Comfortable moving between creative ideas and hands-on execution.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Calm and steady when projects move quickly or shift shape.
  • A willingness to travel.
  • A love for dairy.
  • It’s a bonus if you have experience in food, drink, hospitality, or premium consumer brands; or motion or video skills.

Even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match what we’ve described, if you believe you can add value to this role, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
