Role: Housekeeper
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, vacuuming floors and dusting furniture, sanitising bathrooms including toilets, tiles, showers and sinks. You will strip and remake beds with fresh linens, maintain mattresses and blankets, prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. You will also notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways and manage laundry for collection. Regular training sessions and team meetings will help you grow in your role, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.
Experience & Skills Required: Experience of comparable work preferred.
Schedule: We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
