The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise and plan the work of our housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, inspecting work, ensuring supplies, managing lost and found, reporting maintenance needs, coordinating deep cleaning activities, collaborating with other departments for special events, and regularly inspecting facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards. You will report to the Hotel Manager and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay.
Experience & Skills Required
Club, resort or other hospitality industry housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Schedule
We operate 7 days a week, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
