The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Greenkeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding landscaping, ensuring it is in top condition for members and guests. You will be entrusted with maintaining a range of areas, from the golf course greens and fairways to the Clubhouse grounds and car park, all while upholding our high standards. Key duties will include planting and maintaining shrubs and trees, mowing greens and fairways, managing bunkers, maintaining drainage and irrigation systems, and handling turf laying and repairs. You will also take on woodland management, aerifying greens and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the course. If you have a strong understanding of grounds maintenance, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for keeping our facilities looking pristine, we would love to hear from you.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience in golf course grounds maintenance or greenkeeping is desirable.
  • Secondary school education.

Schedule

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
