We are a four star family hotel overlooking the famous Fistral Beach, home to Quiksilver Surf School.

This rolehas a starting rate of £12.75 per hour... On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £13.25 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warmwelcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their staywith us.
  • To provide an unforgettable experience andthis starts with Reception – not just on arrival but through the whole processof booking to departure.
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlinedin your training manual – Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check OutProcedures
  • To achieve sales in line with companyobjectives
  • To promote additional products andservices within the hotel and group brand
  • To maintain exemplary billing systems andobtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and theaccurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
  • To maintain high standards of hospitality,processing bookings, up selling, salesmanship, financial and reportingdiligence.
  • To support thereservations team with booking support.
  • Toensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordancewith hotel policy
  • Toensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicateinformation throughout the hotel
  • Stockreplenishment of department areas
  • Ensuredaily updates are communicated throughout the hotel
  • Followlegislation relating to job role.
  • To ensure good working relationship with all otherdepartments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • To understandresponsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH,Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
