Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per year. Sleep ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. May be required to cover shifts if required in the home. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Red Lake House is two properties set across one site offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. We are looking for a nurturing and dedicated off rota Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the homes. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support, offering consistency, emotional wellbeing and personal growth in a nurturing and supportive environment. We also offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
- Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
