Salary: £33,357.00 to £33,980 per annum (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £12.60 to £12.90 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker:- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential

The role: Our beautiful home in Telford offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for our young people. Our team supports them with all of their domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together. We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them turn the curve and reach their full potential.
