The Esland Group Ltd in Shropshire is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our new SEN School in Ditton Priors.

This permanent, full-time role supports pupils with SEMH, working alongside class teachers to enable access to a broad, balanced curriculum.

You will help students in small groups or individually, manage behaviours, and contribute to a nurturing, trauma-informed environment.
