Changing children's lives for the better. Make a difference. Feel rewarded. Be the change.

We offer a whole host of career opportunities across our residential care, education and therapeutic services for 6 to 18 year olds from diverse backgrounds who have encountered a range of adverse childhood experiences. These experiences include complex trauma and foster placement breakdowns, as well as difficulties engaging in their education setting.

The young people we support often have mental and developmental diagnoses which impact their daily functioning. To help a young person manage these challenges we make every interaction with them therapeutic in nature.

So, whether you join us as a residential care worker, teacher, adventurer, or you’re part of the support team you’ll be making a big difference to a young person’s life.

There are so many reasons to join us. From competitive pay to fast-track progression opportunities. We offer a whole host of well-being benefits, the use of our holiday home when you need a break, as well as a warm family work environment and a company culture focused on fun.

We lead with purpose. Our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments play a crucial role in shaping the future of social care and education.

What can we offer you? We work hard, but we also know you have a family, friends, hobbies, and a life outside the office. That’s why we offer a great benefits package, not just a competitive salary.

Be bold, fun, kind and curious. Make a difference. Charity initiatives. Equality, diversity and inclusion. ESG & sustainability focused.
