Salary: £35,848.00 to £39,274.00 per annum (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.80 to £15.45 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
