We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. Our beautiful 3 bedded home set in the Gainsborough countryside offers a safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
  • Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence
  • Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
