Esland is seeking a qualified SEMH English Lead Teacher to join our Congleton-based team. You will lead English lessons within a SEN environment, develop and train staff, and oversee literacy interventions and ILPs to support pupils aged 7–18 with SEND/SEMH needs.
The role requires QTS, a relevant degree, and at least 2 years post-graduation experience. You will work 8:30am–4:40pm, Monday to Friday, in a supportive, forward‑thinking school culture.
