Esland’s Solo home May House, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is looking for a Children's Residential Care Worker to join our passionate, dedicated team. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
  • Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.

What You’ll Earn

  • Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 + 8 sleep‑ins/month; dependent on qualifications)
  • Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
  • Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026.

What You’ll Need

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
  • Experience in childcare or the wider care sector is required
