This permanent, full-time role offers a structured environment, a 9am–5pm schedule on weekdays, and hands-on responsibility for delivering safe, therapeutic care to young people aged 7 to 18.
Candidates will have at least 2 years in children's residential care, 1 year in staff supervision, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and strong knowledge of Ofsted
