About the role

Erith is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Remediation Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a nationally site-based basis. In this key role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, driving high standards across complex remediation schemes and minor civil works projects across the UK. You will provide clear on-site leadership, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with project requirements and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily task activities and workforce on site.

Deliver daily task briefings and toolbox talks.

Enforce SHE standards and ensure compliance across all site activities.

Manage permitry and ensure documentation is maintained.

Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.

Ensure site is kept tidy, safe, and compliant at all times.

What we're looking for

Experience in remediation and minor civil works is desired.

Experience working on regulated sites is beneficial but not essential.

Willingness to work nationally across various sites.
