Climate change is the biggest challenge we face. We inspire the people we work with to help the country not only survive, but to thrive through the challenges of a changing climate.

Our ambition is to create a net zero nation, resilient to climate change. We’re working to help the country become better prepared for its impacts while taking action to prevent further climate change.

Our society and the environment are ever changing – as are the challenges all of us face. We need a diverse workforce to help us deliver better for the diverse communities and environment we serve. Established in 1996 to protect and improve the environment, we have over 12,000 employees. Our head office is in Bristol, and we have another office in London and regional offices across England serving local communities.
