Overview

As our High Risk Property Compliance Lead for High‑Risk Land and Projects, you’ll shape the strategic direction of how we manage some of the most complex and sensitive site projects across the UK. You’ll provide specialist technical advice, strong operational oversight, and clear leadership to ensure legal compliance, effective risk management, and the safe stewardship of hazardous or high‑risk land and projects. You’ll be the organisation’s go‑to expert on national risk, compliance and safety matters, offering authoritative guidance on CDM, incident response, and contractor assurance. Your work will help us deliver safe, compliant and responsible site management every day.
