We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Landscape Manager to play a critical role in ensuring our primary client (Homes England) property portfolios are safe, compliant, and well-maintained through detailed inspections and contract management.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have a strong background in landscape management and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will join TEPs Land Management team, will have 2 to 5 or more years experience and be a either a chartered landscape professional or looking to work towards chartership.

What Youll Be Doing Our Land Management Team play a critical role in TEPs overall delivery of the Homes England Non-Commercial Property Management Framework.
Manage a diverse portfolio of Homes England sites, including greenfield land, woodlands and vacant properties; Lead inspections, risk identification and delivery of estate management services across large-scale development land holdings; Procure, administer and manage landscape maintenance and land management contracts through to successful completion; Review and sign off contractor RAMS, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation; Provide expert landscape management advice to clients and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and oversee landscape management plans (as required); Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders while contributing to service growth and development; and Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical expertise and training.
The successful candidate will be expected to travel to sites and on occasion staying overnight at different locations (as required), to meet the requirements of projects. xwwtmva What We Are Looking For Strong organisational skills to manage multiple sites and schedules; Detailed knowledge of Contract Administration and procurement; Clear and confident communication with clients and contractors; Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation related to property and land management; UK Driving Licence.
