The predicted salary is between 23850 - 29150 Β£ per year.

TEP is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy with a track record of over 10,000 successful projects across the UK and Ireland.

We provide independent, high-quality advice in planning, design and environmental services, working with clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

About The Role

This role plays an important part in helping the business run smoothly by providing day to day administrative support to colleagues across TEP.

You will help maintain accurate records and data, support reporting activities, assist with payroll administration, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure routine business processes are completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

What Youll Be Doing

Assisting senior colleagues and working alongside other team members, this varied role will involve supporting a range of administrative, reporting and business support activities that help the business operate efficiently.

Provide administrative support across the business.

Maintain accurate records, data and company systems.

Support payroll administration, reporting and compliance activities.

Manage calls, emails and correspondence.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Coordinate travel bookings, office supplies and other administrative activities.

Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an organised and reliable individual who takes pride in producing accurate work and providing excellent support to colleagues and clients.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

Ability to organise routine tasks and meet agreed timescales.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
