The Job

Our Sous Chef strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Assist in menu development, taking into consideration culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of kitchen staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sous Chef
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
  • Excellent communication skills
