Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
- Delivered exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
- Oversee the reservation system and ensure optimal table management.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
- Must be able to fully communicate in English.
- Ability to work with Office 365.
- Living in London (flexible with commuting).
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
