Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team

Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction

Support with staff scheduling, performance management, and hiring

Requirements

Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Must live in London and be fully available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
