Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Support with staff scheduling, performance management, and hiring
- Monitor inventory, suppliers, and quality control
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Act as a role model for team culture and brand standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fine dining, guest service, and team development
- A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Must live in London and be fully available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
