The Job
Our runners are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Responsibilities:
- Good service skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
- Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Pay attention to details to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to the right tables.
- Work well in a team and communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Must be able to fully communicate in English.
- Living in London (flexible with commuting).
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
