Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
  • Delivered exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
  • Oversee the reservation system and ensure optimal table management.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
  • Must be able to fully communicate in English.
  • Ability to work with Office 365.
  • Living in London (flexible with commuting).
  • You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
