The Job
Our Cocktail Waitresses are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Be a part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s team and create unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
- Table Maintenance: Assist in setting up and maintaining bar lounges, ensuring tables are clean, well-organized, and properly equipped with glassware and other essentials.
- Charisma: Engage with guests, promote the bar's ambiance, and maintain a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the MR PORTER London drink menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Be prepared to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other staff to efficiently fulfill guest orders and maintain a well-coordinated and professional environment.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- International approach: Must be able to fully communicate in English.
