Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

  • Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, there may be the chance of extra hours too if we\’re busy
  • Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service
  • Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team
  • Be willing and able to help out when needed in our local Tesco concession space
  • Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries

Key Information about this role

  • Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds – ÂŁ11.00 per hour; 21-year-old plus – ÂŁ12.21 per hour
  • Contract end date: 3rd January 2026
  • Our stores will be open 7 days a week, so you will need to be able to support us at the weekends including Sundays
  • The hours available for this store are:
    • A 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts
    • An 8-hour per week contract: you will typically be offered 4-hour shifts over 2 days, or perhaps one full day at times
  • There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours in this role, depending on trade
  • With all Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts you will also be asked to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve
