This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.
Job Purpose
You will be working in The Entertainer's Online Trading team optimizing product listings and content across our ToyShop and Early Learning Centre websites. You will be excited at the thought of bringing our amazing products to life and delighting our customers with a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate would be passionate about toys and delighting customers. Attention to detail and a right-first-time ethos is a must.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum 2 yearsβ experience in ecommerce and/or retail experience preferable.
- Well organised and adaptive to manage the day-to-day and priority projects.
- Knowledge of the toys we sell and the customers they appeal to.
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure your key objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Create new product listings across multiple online platforms.
- Optimise product copy and content to support onsite performance.
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners to secure product details.
- Work alongside the wider online team to drive performance.
