You will lead teams in contract preparation, negotiation, and performance, ensuring consistency and providing guidance to safeguard MBDA\’s interests. Key Activities Contract management, change management, problem solving, and administration Negotiating and mentoring teams on contractual issues Building relationships with customer stakeholders and industry partners Representing MBDA in meetings and reviews Providing commercial leadership for MBDA Polska and supporting growth Working under pressure to meet deadlines Promoting best practices and business development What We\’re Looking For We seek a collaborative, proactive individual with experience managing complex, high-value contracts, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Regular travel to Poland will be required.
