The role:

  • Manage and grow existing motor dealer accounts
  • Actively canvass and acquire new business in your territory
  • Deliver bespoke training solutions to support dealer warranty sales
  • Present, negotiate, and overcome objections to win new accounts
  • Plan your diary effectively to hit monthly KPIs
  • Analyse reporting systems to identify growth opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Sales experience in a dealership or field-based environment
  • Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable cold-calling and thinking on your feet
  • Motivated, ambitious, and hungry to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Driving licence required
