A retail and e-commerce business is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Consultant or Manager to lead the optimisation of their current SAP B1 environment alongside a migration to the latest version (v10).
This role will focus on reviewing the existing setup, identifying improvements and ensuring the upgrade to SAP Business One v10 delivers real operational value across supply chain, stock and order management. You will play a key role in shaping a clear roadmap and supporting delivery alongside the Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities- Review the current SAP Business One environment and identify gaps, inefficiencies and underused functionality
- Lead and support the upgrade to SAP Business One v10, ensuring minimal disruption to the business
- Deliver actionable recommendations, including quick wins and longer-term improvements
- Build a clear SAP B1 roadmap aligned to retail, e-commerce and supply chain operations
- Optimise processes across stock, purchasing, warehousing, fulfilment and order flow
- Improve integration between SAP B1 and e-commerce platforms
- Work closely with IT, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to shape priorities
- Support delivery of enhancements and ensure smooth adoption across the business
- Strong hands-on SAP Business One experience, including upgrade or migration projects (ideally v10)
- Background in retail, e-commerce, wholesale or consumer products
- Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, warehousing and fulfilment processes
- Proven ability to assess systems, map processes and recommend practical improvements
- Experience working on ERP upgrades or transformations
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and influencing system strategy
- Pragmatic, delivery focused mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
