We are supporting a business in hiring a Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day activity across production and warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role, responsible for coordinating workloads, supporting a production team and ensuring output meets required quality, safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team across day-to-day manufacturing activities
- Allocate work and monitor progress against production targets and KPIs
- Maintain high standards of quality, GMP and health & safety
- Investigate operational issues and support root cause analysis
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
- Work across production, packing, labelling and warehouse activities as required
- Maintain accurate production and performance records
Experience:
You will have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards and GMP
- The ability to work with KPIs, production data and reporting
- A proactive approach to planning, prioritisation and problem solving
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement
