I am looking for a Finance PM to support a high‑priority strategic programme. This role acts as the lead finance partner, working closely with programme leadership to provide financial insight, develop business cases, and manage ongoing cost tracking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the lead and finance partner for a high‑priority strategic programme
  • Providing financial insight, business case development, and ongoing cost tracking
  • Ensuring investment decisions are financially sound and business cases are robust
  • Monitoring and controlling programme spend effectively
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive clear, actionable insight
  • Serving as the key finance representative for the strategic programme
  • Working with the programme team to build, review, and challenge business cases
  • Ensuring assumptions are robust and strategic alignment is clear
  • Providing constructive challenge, strategic insight, and objective financial advice
  • Supporting high‑quality, data‑led decisions, ensuring financial implications and risks are understood
  • Ensuring accuracy and robustness of financial models, business cases, and forecasts
  • Delivering financial business cases and cost/benefit models
  • Providing high‑quality financial insight and escalating risks early
  • Ensuring adherence to finance policies and auditable expenditure classification (Capex vs Opex)
