We’re supporting a client seeking an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead testing across multiple transformation initiatives. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the end‑to‑end test strategy for D365 projects
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting
- Manage test teams, internal SMEs, and external suppliers
- Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
- Ensure defects are tracked, prioritised, and resolved
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on D365 programmes
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment
