We’re looking for a highly experienced BDM with strong commercial solar connections and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone already active in the UK commercial PV market who can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing network to generate high-value opportunities across sectors such as leisure, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial property
- Deliver £1m+ in new business within the first year
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers
- Lead proposals, pricing, and sales strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
- Track and report business development performance
About you:
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Currently working in a solar sales / solar BDM role (essential)
- Proven experience selling commercial solar PV solutions (essential)
- Strong network of contacts within the UK renewable energy sector
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
- Skilled in contract negotiation, CRM, forecasting, and financial acumen
