Are you sales hungry and looking for uncapped commission? We’re looking for 360 Perm Recruitment Consultants to join our bubbly, mighty team in central Bristol.

£25k-35k base + uncapped comms up to 50%

The Engage Partnership specialises in technology and transformation recruitment across the UK and Europe, and we’re currently expanding the business transformation side of our team. We partner with fast-growth scale-ups, global consultancies and enterprise organisations to deliver hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

Whilst we’re growing our contract side of the business, we’re looking for the perm counterparts, currently SAP and D365 in particular but open to other niches.

We care about individuality here, so play to your strengths and we’ll help you with the rest. In this 360 role you can expect to…

  • Identify and approach high-quality professionals within your niche market
  • Conduct detailed screening and qualification calls
  • Proactively approach new businesses through outreach
  • Develop and build on relationships with hiring managers
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish

In return, we offer uncapped commission, a clear progression pathway and ongoing mentorship through internal and external support.

Here's an example of what you could earn…

  • 80k yearly billings = 16k comms a year
  • 100k yearly billings = 20k comms a year
  • 120k yearly billings = 24k comms a year
  • 140k yearly billings = 35k comms a year
  • 180k yearly billings = £54k comms a year
  • 250k yearly billings = £89k comms a year
