About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with deep expertise in HiBob HRIS and payroll transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mid-sized environments (500–1000 employees) and has successfully led at least two end-to-end HiBob implementations. You’ll be instrumental in driving HR and payroll system change, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of HiBob HRIS and payroll projects, from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Provide hands-on support with system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data protection standards.
  • Deliver clear and concise project documentation and reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 full-cycle HiBob HRIS implementations – this is a must.
  • Strong, hands-on experience managing HCM/HRIS and payroll projects.
  • Experience working in mid-sized organisations (500–1000 employees).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and compliance.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments with occasional travel.

Desirable:

  • Broader experience with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Background in HR or payroll operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
