The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong finance background to lead the delivery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business units. This role will oversee planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution of D365 initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial processes and business goals.

Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects
- Collaborate with finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs
- Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and governance standards
- Support integration of new entities and data feeds
- Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in hybrid delivery models and vendor coordination
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in project management for ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong finance background and ability to align system capabilities with financial processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Change management, training, and user adoption expertise
- Knowledge of governance standards and best practices for D365
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid delivery model and vendor coordination experience
- English proficiency; Dutch is a plus
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
