The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong finance background to lead the delivery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business units. This role will oversee planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution of D365 initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial processes and business goals.

Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and governance standards
  • Support integration of new entities and data feeds
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in hybrid delivery models and vendor coordination
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management for ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong finance background and ability to align system capabilities with financial processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Change management, training, and user adoption expertise
  • Knowledge of governance standards and best practices for D365
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hybrid delivery model and vendor coordination experience
  • English proficiency; Dutch is a plus
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
