Managing Director at The Engage Partnership
Are you a proactive engineering professional who thrives on-site and enjoys turning complex plans into real-world results? We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support high-impact delivery projects at major sites across London.
The Role Be the crucial bridge between remote project management and on-the-ground execution. You’ll lead coordination efforts, manage commissioning labor, and ensure site success across every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Supervise subcontractors and site operations
- Represent the team in client and stakeholder meetings
- Plan commissioning schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Maintain health & safety compliance and quality standards
- Keep site documentation in top form—including audits and uploads
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure projects hit targets
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- CSCS card or Site Supervisor certification
- 3–5 years\’ on-site engineering or commissioning experience (bonus if in HVAC or Data Centres)
- Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6
- Sharp communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
