Role Overview
Accountable for end-to-end programme delivery across ERP and business change, ensuring execution against defined timelines, governance and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of the ERP programme across all workstreams
- Establish and maintain programme governance, planning and controls
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party partners
- Interface with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive reporting, risk management, accountability and decision-making
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ERP / enterprise programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level
- Established programme governance and delivery capability
- Manufacturing sector experience preferred
