About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex SaaS product initiatives in an agile environment. You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver software, working with cutting-edge technology while coaching high-performing teams across the globe. This role offers genuine ownership; you will drive projects from concept to launch, influence product strategy, and develop your leadership skills in both project and program management.
What You Will Do
- Own the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery across matrixed teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and act as Agile coach for new teams
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reports for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve impediments, and elevate issues when needed
- Direct other project managers on program initiatives and serve as escalation point
- Partner with senior leadership on portfolio roadmaps and business reviews
- Manage distributed teams including offshore resources across time zones
What You Need
- Experience leading multiple complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban)
- Proven success managing distributed and offshore teams
- Expert with Jira
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for all audience levels
- Experience handling team dynamics and change management
Ideally
- PMP certified (or equivalent) with deep understanding of product development and release management lifecycles
- Certified Scrum Master with demonstrated experience running Agile teams
- Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
