We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme.

Location: Hybrid/Remote (details to be confirmed) As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Deliver Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and enhancements.
Gather and analyse business requirements.
Configure Oracle HCM modules and support testing activities.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide functional expertise.
Produce functional documentation and support user training.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Strong knowledge of one or more Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, or Learning.
Experience across the full project lifecycle, from design through to deployment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
Experience working within large enterprise transformation programmes.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
