We’re supporting a growing organisation seeking an experienced D365 Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in ongoing transformation initiatives. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for D365 projects
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Work with technical teams to support configuration and delivery
- Support testing, UAT, and user adoption activities
- Provide ongoing functional support and continuous improvement insights
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on D365 projects
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or customer engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
