As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and enhancements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules and support testing activities.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide functional expertise.
- Produce functional documentation and support user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong knowledge of one or more Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, or Learning.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, from design through to deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
- Experience working within large enterprise transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
