Job Title - WMS / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration Developer Reporting To - ERP Project Manager / Solution Architect Location - Hybrid / Remote Rate - £600-700 Outside IR35 6 months rolling Job Purpose The WMS / Business Central Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The role ensures seamless data exchange across warehousing, inventory, logistics, procurement, and finance processes while maintaining system performance, integrity, and scalability.
The successful candidate will work closely with Business Central ERP Project teams, Operations, Supply Chain, and third-party software vendors to deliver robust integration solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Integration Development Design, develop, and maintain integrations between WMS/TMS platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Build and support API, Web Service, EDI, and file-based integrations.
Develop extensions and customisations using Microsoft AL language and Business Central development tools.
Configure and maintain data synchronisation processes for: Inventory movements Goods receipts Sales order fulfilment Purchase order receipts Shipment confirmations Invoicing Ensure real-time or near-real-time data exchange between systems.
Solution Design Analyse business requirements and design scalable integration architectures.
Produce technical specifications, mapping documents, and solution designs.
Recommend best-practice approaches for warehouse and ERP integration.
