Leading health tech innovator, developing and deploying advanced to transform healthcare delivery. We partner with large healthcare enterprises, including hospitals, health systems, and research institutions, to seamlessly integrate our complex solutions into their existing infrastructure.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of our complex health tech solutions within enterprise healthcare environments. This is a highly technical, client-facing role requiring a strong understanding of healthcare IT, project management, and data integration. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation process, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final deployment and handoff to the customer success team.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex implementation projects for enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and successful deployments.
- Technical Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, workflows, and infrastructure, and translate them into detailed implementation plans and solution designs.
- Data Integration & Migration: Oversee the integration of our solutions with client systems, including data migration, API integrations, and HL7/FHIR interoperability.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, utilizing project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Technical Configuration & Testing: Manage the technical configuration, testing, and validation of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Client Communication & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates, conducting training sessions, and ensuring clear communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Handover to Customer Success: Ensure a smooth handover of implemented solutions to the customer success team, providing detailed documentation and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementation management, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise-level implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, data integration, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Experience with cybersecurity within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
