Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Newport

Salary: Up to £70,000

I’m seeking a creative and strategic Head of Marketing to join a growing real estate company in Newport. You\’ll lead the marketing efforts across the group, building their brand presence, and driving customer engagement across all channels.

You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting and driving growth for the business and will manage a small marketing team too. This is a role where you’ll be given the freedom and encouragement to push boundaries and bring innovative ideas to the table.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Managing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Leading and mentoring marketing team members
• Creating compelling content that maintains consistent brand voice
• Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights
• Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI

• Proven marketing & sales experience with successful campaign execution
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Creative problem-solving approach and adaptability
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
